It's more fish like features are that of a female angler fish: blue orbular eyes, a jaw with several layers of sharp teeth, and a rod-like appendage from the top of its head with a light source at the end of it that is illuminating part of the creature.

It's right hand is outstretched twoards the viewer, while the other hand is somewhat presenting the light that is attached to itself. The rest of the creatures body below the waist is snake-like: coiled around itself in the bottom of the screen, a large fin resembling a female anglers fish's tail can be seen behind the coils.
