The implication that its G1 also sucks because this is supposedly taking place after his death, so he's gonna come back in Season 4. And the implication is that Prime sees the future and has hope that it'll be fine without him... but we follow Bumblebee, someone who isnt all that in the OG series-

A short that has the Optimus Give Up on trying to save or defy fate all for a vague sense of things being ok. We as the viewer see nothing right with this choice and have to come up with headcanons on what these means, or expect a future short that continues this... which I dont think is happening

Watched the Optimus Prime Awakening short yesterday and the more I think about it, the more I don't like it. As a tribute and last role, its fine and made me sad. But its obviously not all there is and the rest that it is, an advertisement for future content, is kinda bad.

Im on the like 5th rewatch of the Ted show and its crazy how it just became one of my fav shows ever. Its Seth's best work bar none and its gonna suck when they make the animated show and it'll miss 90% of what makes this show even slightly good (Blair and Young Johnny)

Yes! For sure. It def feels like it was Japanese first with some lines just not reading as well when read in English or lacking the energy direct to English VA work has. It does hit sometimes dont get me wrong, alot of the unique intro dialogue is real solid, but it def feels off in other places.

Watched some clips of Marvel Tokon and man.... the VA work is either really solid, or "Breaking Bad if it were an Anime Dub" I think the unique 1-2 intro lines between characters are good, and then in combat or during supers, its some dry shit. Where's the hype man?

Seeing ppl discuss the Norse God of War games and man, they make me so happy. Kratos was always on a list of "monsters that I wanna befriend". So growing up with those games on the PS2 and seeing the Norse ones felt like seeing your friend from high school change for the better after being a dick.

I love part 6, but that ending is a simple "everyone died but not really and theres light in the end of darkness" ending and the only similarities people are thinking with it and the CSM ending are that theres a reset, completely ignoring why the reset happened in CSM and what it means.
