It's like your initial foundation of self doesn't support this present version and things feels lost and disconnected. I hope things find a way for you sooner then later, I'm sure there's a lot to what's going on, but keep trying, it's hard to figure out your own well-being.

almost a blank slate on what you enjoy and you slowly rediscover yourself and try new, reflect but give it time, and let go of pretty much everything you thought you could rely on to, spark inspiration, joy, and how you might've been able to cope in the past.

That sounds so intense, I really hope the best for you. This is just a thought for you, based on myself, but i think there are times in life where in a way you're like reset, things have changed,

I definitely am not in a relatable position, but if it's worth trying out, I do 10 minute or longer Wim Hof breathing before bed and any anxiety and overthinking I feel during sleep is completely gone, maybe it will help you. That just sounds so rough i hope you can manage 💚 youtu.be/tybOi4hjZFQ?...

Hi, I have some experience with ADHD medication, i know there are some that are mixed experiences for people, I understand the fear for sure. Something to know is you can stop using medication if it doesn't work. I personally use Atomoxetine, all it does is increase norepinephrine.
