Getting ready for JOTA as a ham radio operator 📡 Highly recommend trying #varAC for radio-based chat and games — just be sure to test it beforehand 😄 You’ll need both varAC and VARA HF (modem). Try it out before JOTA! 🔗 www.varac-hamradio.com #JOTA #JOTAJOTI #HamRadio #Scouting

A simple DMR+ setup for JOTA without a hotspot. This year we’ve got DroidStar running on a revived Lenovo T430 (i5, 4GB RAM) – pulled from the trash. Now running a lightweight Linux Mint, and it works great 👍 #JOTA #JOTAJOTI #AmateurRadio #HamRadio #DMR #DroidStar #LinuxMint #Linux #ScoutingTech
