1/5 Hello everyone, I hope you’re sitting comfortably. Brock’s a little nervous reading Cilla’s Nipfest story, but he’s taken a throat sweet & done some throat exercises so he should be ok. The story is in a thread of 5 posts. We hope you enjoy it. #CillasNipfestStory #Nipfest25

For the past 4 years Cilla’s “read a story” at #Nipfest. Of course this year she won’t be there to read it, so Brock the #Hedgewatch HQ caretaker badger is reading it on her behalf. If you’d like to join us, it’s 6pm on Sat 23rd on the hashtag #CillasNipfestStory or #Nipfest2025.

A badger holding a large book in story telling circle in the middle of a camping field. There’s a carved wooden chair with the name Cilla carved on its back and several comfortable cushions. A photo of Cilla and some pink ribbons are hanging in a tree.

Aloysius O’Hare would like to say thankyou for the warm welcome. He’s happy in his new home at the school and has made himself very comfortable. #cats #Hedgewatch

1/2 Friends! The cat distribution system has sent us a new bundle of floof. Meet Aloysius O’Hare! He was a stray at another school for a long time so Herefordshire Cat Centre brought him to us as they knew our school needed to give another cat a loving home. #cats #Hedgewatch

As many friends have asked if they can help Cilla’s “little people” with their fundraising to purchase a Cilla friendship bench for the playground, here are the details. Thankyou for asking. 🐾❤️🐾❤️ #Hedgewatch #cats Share if you can! 💖 gofund.me/4a1fcfe7

Thankyou for your kind messages on the loss of our darling Cilla. She was our special girl, very much at the heart of Outwoods. We’ve been overwhelmed by love & are struggling to reply right now. We’ll remember her with a ‘Cillabration’ & share our memories in due course.

We have to keep each other amused during the half term holiday. I’ve already beat him at snakes and ladders so now we’re telling jokes. Have a lovely day friends. #Hedgewatch
