We the people should have a say in all the top cabinet picks from now on. We have the right to know that there will be competent people in these positions and that includes the Supreme Court. Age limits should apply as well in all these positions from President on down. The people pay them.

So JD Vance says the courts have no right to be ordering Trump to unfreeze these programs and uphold the constitution?. So using your logic that would mean courts shouldn't have been involved in Trump being taken off the ballot or giving him immunity. Thanks for the clarification.
