Panel 1: A nurse and Eve are in a clinical office. The posters in the background read left to right "how to clean ball joints" with pictures of a ball joint doll's arm and hand and a "Sponsored by DollWess Inc" , "You are Valid!" with a picture of someone hugging someone with a therian symbol for a head with "HRT4U" at the botttom and "Remember! Keep Crossing the Road!" with a picture of a car with the headlights on. Nurse:Nothing unusual, did you sign that informed consent form from your consultation? Eve: Of course! Nurse: Good! Hold onto it for now. Panel 2: A smoky miasma fills the background until panel 5 Eve: What? Panel 3: Eve: I'm sorry but I'm very very confused, I was under the impression this was an informed consent clinic. I am informed, I am consenting, What exactly is the holdup? Nurse(offscreen):We very much are but.. Panel 4: Nurse(continuing): according to what you've told us, we don't think you meet the DSM-6 criteria for species dysphoria. It's not a no, but we cannot risk giving you a prescription, especially in such a conservative area. If you can get a letter from a therapist, we could move forward. Panel 5: Nurse(he is not expressing sorrow of any kind): We're very sorry Panel 6: Eve's head is enveloped by a smoky bubble that has the words "what the fuck" floating in it, the bubble remains intact until Panel 10 Eve(with a fake smile barely keeping it together): It's fine. Panel 7: Eve enters the waiting room, slamming the door open with the same fake smile left to right in the room are JadeytheSlime on Twitch, Dollwess on bsky looking at a Dolls Weekly magazine and a lizard person with a >:p crop top on their phone. Panel 8: Eve enters her car still trying to keep it together Panel 9: Eve buckles herself in with a fake smile Panel 10: the bubble bursts and Eve puts her head on the steering wheel and screams.
