Our Lives In Cinema @ourlivesincinema.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Ahhh crap it’s Bandcamp Friday and I missed it. Pick up something, we’ve got t-shirts and vinyl. Look staggeringly great and help us out in the process! Thank ya! I will not leave a link because that kills reach innit so have a picture of me and Roscoe instead, isn’t he brilliant.

Last chance day for a mates deal as they’re more expensive on Bandcamp. £15 quid today if you want one, just send me a message and we’ll sort it. Tenner for the kids sizes.

Gigs woooo! Chuck in your diary, more cool things to announce soon

Sent something new off for mixing thus marking the end of the Eat Your Feelings era as we boldly forge a path towards whatever the new thing is. Today’s a good a day to finally listen to the fruit of our labours. So, grab some headphones and message me to say “you know what, that’s alright that is”.

Get summin’ so we can afford shiny new recordings. Thank you 🙏

First Manchester Punk Festival announcement looking sufficiently rad and always love seeing cool bands we’ve shared a stage with on the line-up. Well excited to see AJJ for the first time!

Listen to my band right now please, because the stats are important to me even though I should be above such trivialities. Don’t do it for me, do it for Roscoe, who desires nothing more than for his person to achieve minor success within the micro industry that is the UK hobby emo old guy scene.

It’s payday for some and it’s good for our spirits if we get rid of a record a month. Consider us as your frivolous August purchase if you’re in the mood for some existential dread-driven melodic punk that swings over to joyful exuberance at the drop of a hat. ourlivesincinema.bandcamp.com/merch

Bits I’ve been listening to this week. What’s doing it for you? Recommend me something great, not fussed about the genre.

Practising for two really fun things we have coming up that we can’t announce yet. But when it’s time, you can bet on it that they’ll be a pre-announcement to the announcement because I enjoy giving these things an inflated sense of grandeur #emo #skatepunk #posthardcore #melodicpunk #

Grab this record to help us out with our next record. No, you can’t have Roscoe’s miniature custom copy. It’s an edition of one. ourlivesincinema.bandcamp.com/merch

DIY label bosses. Consider helping us put out our new record when the time comes. We’re pleasant to work with, well good, play plenty of shows, do all the online crap you’re supposed to do and most importantly I don’t think I’ll ever stop, so you’ll never be left with a load a stock

Great time yesterday at Herofest seeing a tonne of brilliant bands and mates. One of the best events, huge thanks to everyone involved and cheers if you watched us!

Sleepy today but looking forward to performing rawwwwwk music tomorrow with and in front of friends, well-wishers, the neutral and maybe even a mortal enemy or two. Come to the show, it’s got a lovely atmos and that.

010

Our Lives In Cinema @ourlivesincinema.bsky.social · 16/07/2026

We should probably play this live at least once. It’s about how there’s a bunch of paths you can go down, but having a dog and sitting around writing songs with your mates is as good a one as any. #diypunk #skatepunk #melodicpunk #fastpunk #ukpunk

Look at the deliciousness of this line-up already before it’s fully announced. Be a goodun and get a ticket now and give yourself something to look forward to. It was an incredible time this year.

Our Lives In Cinema @ourlivesincinema.bsky.social · 27/06/2026

Yeah it might be devastatingly hot but why not also have some allergies kick in at the same time to increase the difficulty level. Gargh. Here’s a show we’re playing, It’ll be great.

000

Our Lives In Cinema @ourlivesincinema.bsky.social · 20/06/2026

We’re not as busy in 2026 as we’re writing, recording and doing various bits and bobs, but be a mate, share our stuff, add to playlists whatever streamer you use. Cheers to everyone who’s championed our record, it’s very validating to get a little love back from time to time. Appreciate you all.

020

Our Lives In Cinema @ourlivesincinema.bsky.social · 17/06/2026

We have many things you can listen to, and you should, because they’re great. But yeah, lemme know what your favourite song is, tell your mates and come to a show blah blah. Also pictured are some upcoming things. All wonderful, go get tickets as it helps out everyone.

The only show we’ve got coming up for a good while is this lovely time in July. Bargain ticket, great vibes all day and playing with some faves in a big beer garden. Was one of the best shows easily last year so proper worth a trip

000

Our Lives In Cinema @ourlivesincinema.bsky.social · 02/06/2026

Next thing with an absolute bounty of great bands for several great causes.

000

Our Lives In Cinema @ourlivesincinema.bsky.social · 29/05/2026

Guildford! That’s a first for us. Validate our efforts in trying to push the boat out a tiny bit. Plus, we get to play with our mates in LarryUnderscore73 and they’re the funnest and have giant tunes. We’re on at 8:15 but first band is on 6:15. Cheap bar, small venue

000

Our Lives In Cinema @ourlivesincinema.bsky.social · 23/05/2026

It probably won’t be as hot next weekend, so come to this no doubt very fun show in a little venue with a cheap bar

001

Our Lives In Cinema @ourlivesincinema.bsky.social · 19/05/2026

Massive thanks to all the legends who came out early for us at The Fighting Cocks Bar & Live Music Venue for It’s My Party and I’ll Cry If I Want Two Fest. It was an absolutely brilliant time on Saturday, so many great bands, awesome people and a really fun and positive vibe all day.

Our Lives In Cinema @ourlivesincinema.bsky.social · 14/05/2026

Saturday 2:30pm in Kingston at The Fighting Cocks we’re opening up a banger of an all-dayer with a tonne of mates. It’s just a tenner, so hopefully see ya there. We’ll be playing at least one new song and stuff we don’t play as often, so yeaaaaaah, happy days.

000

Our Lives In Cinema @ourlivesincinema.bsky.social · 13/05/2026

Excited to play in a different place with some bands I haven’t seen.

000

Our Lives In Cinema @ourlivesincinema.bsky.social · 12/05/2026

000

Our Lives In Cinema @ourlivesincinema.bsky.social · 11/05/2026

See, you don’t need AI to steal IP and create crappy posters in seconds. Come and see us on Saturday for a tenner at 2:30pm and then watch all your other favourites until late. It’ll be magic.

000

Our Lives In Cinema @ourlivesincinema.bsky.social · 10/05/2026

SHOWS! FUN! THE PROMISE OF POTENTIALLY HAVING A GOOD TIME DEPENDENT ON A BUNCH OF DIFFERENT VARIABLES BUT POSITIVELY INFLUENCED BY HAVING SOME ROCK MUSIC POINTING AT YOU. Come to one or all of these.

000

Our Lives In Cinema @ourlivesincinema.bsky.social · 09/05/2026

Hi here’s our record, come and see us live in Kingston at The Fighting Cocks next Saturday at 2:30pm with a massive amount of very great bands. At least one living person thinks we’re better than The Beatles, so just let that sink in and deal with it. ourlivesincinema.bandcamp.com/album/eat-yo...
