As for a physical copy, whether it be a deck, poster or etc, we are still working on the fine details of it, so there is no update at this time. However, digital copies will go out to whoever wants one. :)

For those with cards without assigned characters, they can write down their top four characters they'd like to use on it and we will pick from those. This is to avoid too much repetition and to provide as diverse a deck we can.

The selection will work a little like a BigBang. There will be a series of slides. Participants can choose their top ten slides and we will use the RNG to determine which card is assigned.

This is a deck dedicated to the show as a whole and all of our majestical ensemble. To that end, we have some cards restricted to certain character/objects. Along with a certain number of cards where Ed, Stede or Izzy will be restricted.

The #OFMD tarot project is moving right along! Here are some updates! Sign-ups will start Nov. 1 and will end on Nov. 15. Project end date is scheduled to be March 1, 2027.

So the consideration is how to make it fair. While we have some ideas that we are working on to diversify the deck, we also understand that Ed and Stede and Izzy are very popular. We would welcome any feedback to make sure we can tarot through as a crew. :)

Here are some developments and things to cpmsoder. The goal of this project is to create a deck representing OFMD. So while there is understandably plenty of love for GB and Izzy and TealOranges, we want to make sure everyone is represented at least once. But hopefully more! It is such a great cast

That is a good question which we are now currently contemplating. The issue lies in making it fair. Since most people gravitate toward Ed and Stede, it wouldn't be fair to say they couldn't put whomever or whatever they wanted.

As for the characters, by and large people can choose who or what they wish to represent the card they are given.

Major and minor arcana are going to be given equal weight in terms of how they are randomized and given out. In the interest of fairness there won't be the ability to claim cards, but you can, for instance say cards you don't want. Ex. Death, 5 of coins etc.

No one has been selected as of yet, no. This is going to be 'frame' style where people sign up and after the sign up due date, everyone who has signed up is given a random card to work on.

The "should" is bad wording on my part. Basically if there is enough interest in physical products, definitely any money will be going toward either production costs or a charity of some kind. This is not for profit, just for fun. This is the YOFT team so Sharon, Lib and Lizzy.
