Stats from 1992 to 1998 aren't comparable because Rubble was devalued in 1998. Can't easily find stats from 1998 to 2005 but this is by far the highest USD / RUB exchange rate since that very short spike at the beginning of the full scale invasion.

A chart showing USD/RUB exchange rate from 2005 to present day. A small spike during 2008 financial crisis, much bigger in 2015 after Russia annexed Crimea, a huge but short spike on Feb 2022 after the all out invation. Now it's spiking again with a similar speed as in 2015.

Ok, finally got time to take some screenshots. Like others said, you should try searching for "push pin" (probably just "push" is enough) in the emoji search. Here's a link to Apple support page telling you how to enable emoji button if it's missing for you: support.apple.com/en-us/102507
