Oh yeah, almost forgot that because I can literally do any flow or pressure amount, I can even brew tea with my machine now. Just some loose leaf tea in the portafilter, and a couple minutes later, bang, tea.

A few hours spread across 3 days later. I have a functional machine again, but better! The coffee is delicious. I can pressure profile, set more consistent brewing temp, more consistent and powerful steam from stock, and more!

Processed the pallet, and last minute wholesale orders are packed away and ready to send out. Being BoH and just making sure we have everything the cafe needs to run well is fun, and my wrists appreciate it, but being behind the bar making drinks for people is fun too.
