3) American Psycho (2000) a truly iconic piece of cinema that is greatly improved if you ignore the last 15 minutes - 🤩

2) Last Night in Soho (2021) it's hard to describe this film without minor spoilers so be aware: a fun murder mystery meets psychological horror with some clever visuals and a cracking soundtrack - 👍

1) Panic Room (2002) a middling home invasion thriller with lacklustre performances from jodie foster and a young kristen stewart. it wasn't awful but i did space out a couple of times. the climax was unintentionally goofy, which kinda saved it for me just watch 'hush' instead - 🫤

and we’re done 🥳 i had a LOT of fun with this. good story, incredible visuals and sound design (best audio in any game i’ve played to date), wonderfully immersive a little let down by new game+, and aside from some truly awful stealth sections (seriously wtf) it was a joy from start to finish

remember guys: support your local business by shafting over local businesses (:

i do have some sympathy for this kinda thing. like i’m not gonna go on a witch hunt because someone made a tacky flyer for their charity event or whatever. but when there’s that much slop i’m starting to question what’s real from fake you can fuck right off

was excited to hit up a greek food place for lunch this week but their socials are just full of slop videos and images so i guess that’s not happening

it’s kinda hilarious how dead of a platform f-chat is unless you’re a dom

like they absolutely didn’t need to go as hard as they have and it’s awesome to see

i’m not normally a nostalgia gooner but the amount of research and level of detail in silent hill townfall (set in 1990s scotland) is truly incredible from the key clacks of telephone boxes to house decor and posters in shop windows, its all just spot on
