This can only be fixed by an update to Fallout 4 itself, but in the mean time I have created a patch - the "Console Crashing Workarounds" patch, which should greatly improve stability for console users. You can find it here: creations.bethesda.net/en/fallout4/...

The main cause of America Rising 2 crashing has been identified as a Fallout 4 bug where it is unable to read FaceGen (an NPC optimization file) belonging to mods and Creations. This means custom and edited NPCs put consoles under huge strain, as they have to calculate an NPCs appearance at runtime.

Bugfixes include restoring broken PreVis and PreCombines on the Oil Rig and the Commonwealth, fixing broken naming for the Enclave Covert Suit, PreVis and PreCombines being generated for all custom worldspaces, fixing Goo Piles getting stuck on the Oil Rig and so much more.
