The world seems full of unfair situations where those who are pure and undeserving of harm are made to carry heavier burdens.
솔직하고 떳떳할수록 거짓으로 두꺼운 가면과 갑옷을 두른 이들에게 바로 살을 내어주고 마니까.
The more honest and upright you are, the more you end up exposing your flesh to those who wear thick masks and armor of falsehood.
그치만 우리 그런게 인생이더라도 이렇게 맨 주먹과 몸으로, 그리고 영혼으로 이 세상을 살아가자 남준아!
But even if that’s how life is, let’s live through this world with bare fists, bodies, and our souls, Namjoon!
살을 내어주는 것쯤은 두려워말고 말이야.
Don’t be afraid to offer up a piece of yourself.

이 일년 반이 그저 무용하지 않기를 바라지만,
I hope this year and a half won’t just be in vain,
비겁하고 위태로운 생각이 나를 더 지배하는 게 사실이란다.
Though honestly, cowardly and precarious thoughts tend to dominate me.
그러나 신이란 게 있다면, 만약 우리 그릇에 맞는, 이유 있는 시련만 우리에게 주는 것이라면…
But if there’s such a thing as a god, and if that god gives us trials suited to our capacity and with reason…
무언가 이유가 있을 거라고 생각해.
Then I believe there must be a reason.
어디 있어도, 언제여도, 누구와 있어도,
Wherever we are, whenever it is, whoever we’re with,
