I worked in my law school's affordable housing clinic my 3L year and one of my cases was deed theft of a lower-income co-op building (HDFC). Deed theft is no joke and the perpetrators are a special type of trash.

Congratulations to the hard-working nurses that fought for the labor and safety of all. In one of the largest strikes in New York City history came to a close, the NYSNA successfully reached a deal.

It's Day 5 of @osterforus.bsky.social's campaign! I skipped Day 4 for 🎄 but am back and will share another photo :) Here's Oster last week at Linden Blvd and 180th, continuing to show up against a planned lithium-battery farm in St. Albans. He's been active in environmental-justice work for years.
