I have now added another version of this pack that, whereas the original version has 100+ prompts, this one has 400+ adjective prompts to add a twist to the style/theme of either your next build project, or your next gaming session! #minecraft #challenge #inspiration #creativity #resourcepacks

After being informed that the latest versions of Minecraft break my Nether Star Colored Netherite pack (thank you Kupo!), I have updated (with his help) the pack to be compatible with the newer versions. :) modrinth.com/resourcepack... #minecraft #resourcepack #pixelart #mojang #nether #netherite

My Minecraft character standing against a black concrete backdrop, wearing full netherite armor that's colored white like the nether star, complete with resin (orange) colored Bolt style trims on each piece. This screenshot was taken in version 25w21a.

I've made a different kind of resource pack where the splash texts are now little challenges for your gaming session, from food restrictions to build prompts to [block] is lava games. Impose your own failure punishments. Download: modrinth.com/resourcepack... #Minecraft #resourcepack #challenge

So there was a bug with Iris that caused the silver variant of my Colorful Leaf Litter to break. It has now been fixed, both on Patreon and Modrinth for the most recent versions as well as the bushy version and the litter only version. #minecraft #resourcepack #iris www.patreon.com/posts/iris-b...

There is now a bushy version of the Colorful Leaves+ pack, available alongside the basic pack on my Patreon! The bushy version includes bushier leaves and litter piles in addition to the variated textures from the regular version. www.patreon.com/Oslypsis/sho... #minecraft #resourcepack #pixelart

Resourcepack time! In my Cleaner Signs pack, all signs have stripped log textures to make the bg smoother. This increases legibility. A version with white backings is available too, if more contrast is needed Also, Pale Oak is now included! #minecraft #pixelart #resourcepacks #accessibility #signs

Smoother signs of each wood type. Pale Oak is not pictured here but is included in versions 5 and WBG5. The signs pictured here do not have the white backgrounds.

This picture shows the white background on crimson signs, which read as follows.

(Left): this is a very nice looking sign. Much contrast. Many read.

(Right): this is also a very nice looking sign. But smaller.

Be careful about strange captchas nowadays. There's a scam called ClickFix going around that makes you press the Windows Key+R, then press control+V, and then Enter. Apparently it steals all your passwords, by installing something called mshta.exe krebsonsecurity.com/2025/03/clic...

Screenshot image of so-called new captcha verification steps, which is actually a scam. It prompts you to press windows and R, then control V, then press enter.

Also they broke the rule of function over form for the macbook pro. It's super sleek because it doesn't have fans. As a result, kernel_task deliberately lags the computer to cool it down. Wtaf? WHO thought that was a clever idea?!

What particularly annoys me is when it's some cooking channel or something, and they go, "while we're waiting for that to boil, let's talk about our sponsor." We, the audience, aren't waiting for anything other than for the irrelevant cash grab to be over.

Good on you for standing firm and putting your foot down. I can't imagine the amount of people who would've been unfortunate enough to believe his words. I once had a therapist try to randomly change my political views on being pro choice. Even back then I knew she was being a snake by doing so.

I messed up my alt text. The left column is the length of the alphabet characters lined up and measured in points, not picas.

010

Oslypsis ᓚᘏᗢ @oslypsis.bsky.social · 26/02/2025

Looks great! I have some advice about the bio. Usually a long string of text will look uninteresting from a graphic design pov. iirc I think the rule was ~50? characters per line before it breaks to the next line. Keep up the good work :) Here's the chart I'm referring to, in case it helps.

The left vertical column (80 to 360) is referring to the width of the font characters, and the top horizontal row (10 to 40) is referring to the amount of space you can write text. Both are measured in picas. The numbers in the middle are how many characters you should fit in one line of text before breaking to the next line.
