Finally! After way too much time, I got the stripped valve cover bolt loose. Yep. Way down there with the ViceGrips attached to the easy out. The least accessible one.

Short review: Spinal Tap II was better than it had any right to be. It was like watching an all-star game where everyone involved was having the most fun of their lives.
