yet they seem to contradict this later in the document (i'm probably just coping here...) like why would they say "tunnels are cost-prohibitive" (i kinda doubt it for some reason), and then still include alternative 1 (by far the best option here)

purple line soon!! this is Baltimore Ave-UMD station. sorry i couldn't get anything better, i was only there for a very short amount of time and couldn't get any closer than this

some of these bubbles are practically unreadable in dark mode - the lighter yellow colors especially need to use black text instead of white. really cool page though for sure!
