iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

it's also all 22 of them for sprint quali too :/ (unless they said that wrong and the results from practice before do carry over to sprint quali)

it will end up more and less the same 95% of the time

100

two separate sessions where you won't be able to make as many laps. imo they should've just had the results of practice determine sprint qualifying, and keep the system of going directly into q2, they're acting like we'll be getting reversed grids every weekend when

100

yeah, i mean in theory it's unfair that what you do on friday decides both saturday and sunday, but i can't help but feel that right now you have MORE chance to improve your qualifying, than in

100

now maybe that was the same as the one bike threat, where they were hoping liberty media would give in and say 'actually here you go, have more money' except this time liberty media said 'ok, agreed, here's what you wanted'

100

glorija @oscarpoleastri.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

it doesn't seem like it's liberty media - seems like all the manufacturers asked for less track time to reduce costs, and then a bunch of teams also asked for separate sprint qualifying

100

nothing more inspiring than watching the way marc doesn't drink the prosecco when he wins on saturdays and only dips his finger into it and licks it - the moment needs to be savoured but we will relax and let go when the job is done and it's not done yet my king of locking innn

whatevs i've already made my peace with the fact that this will never be my main social media account and i'm only here from time to time to keep in touch with people who have successfully moved

glorija @oscarpoleastri.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

they're not interested in that, they want to reach more people not less people, they don't care who sees their posts etc etc so i fear we're now one step further from ever getting private accounts and they'll think it's because people don't want them ;_;

glorija @oscarpoleastri.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

so the bsky head of product just asked how many people would be interested in a feature to post to their followers only (so basically private accounts or circles) and pretty much everyone in replies said
