Remember fit does not mean healthy. Diet and nutrition is key. Exercise contributes to weight loss but it is what and how much you eat that contributes to weight loss. Water also flushes out toxins and waste products so hydrate well. if things don’t feel right see a doctor. Be well🙏

Having worked in medicine keeping fit and well is essential but I have seen the unhealthiest of ppl not fall foul of cancer and the fittest be consumed by it. Never trust a homeopath or alternative medicine if you have symptoms always see a doctor before it’s too late. 🙏

I feel this situation re Greenland is very concerning. Trump is having a hissy fit about not receiving the Nobel Prize for Peace which given his current threat is ironic. He should not be allowed anywhere near power. He is a real threat to peace.
