In lieu of it being Indigenous people's day, I want to take a moment to reflect on language preservation of native cultures. One thing that has frustrated me is the lack of urgency to preserve native languages. Preservation of language preserves the culture. Learn and share indigenous languages!

Had a conversation with my parents about the misinformation spreading about Talarico last night (the mental facility hoax). My dad insisted that there had to be something more than "just the flu" on his end. Thankfully my brother disabused him of the fact that JT is diabetic. Put that hoax to rest.
