Today marks the commemoration of the martyrdom of Forerunner and Baptist Saint John, whose blood spilled sealed the truth of his words.
“Through his intercessions, may we always be open to the same Message that Saint John heard with faith,” His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America said.
