#pink #flowers decorate this spectacular #heptagon #origami box. I didn't like the black backside of the paper at first, but these small black area's accentuate the pink nicely. #art #paperart #tomokofuse #natureart #flowerart #eastcoastkin #coloraday #pinkmon

#kandinsky 's #art has special meaning to me. He painted what he heard, a phenomenon known as #synesthesia. My children also have synesthesia (in different forms, there are over 60 different forms of synesthesia). #origami #tomokofuse #paperart #eastcoastkin #painting #artyear

I love the colours and colour gradients. Your work inspired me to buy origami paper with alcohol ink patterns. I am looking forward to experiment with it.

Second #origami box with #leaves. The veins of leaves create additional #patterns. Zoom in to see details like the little square at the centre of the lid. Some of the details are luck, others are intentional. #art #paperart #natureart #tomokofuse #eastcoastkin #abstractia #geometric

Playing with shape and colour in this heptagon (7 sides) #origami box. A whirlpool of marbled at the centre of the lid, the little bit of deep blue marbled at the centre of the bottom. The thin blue lines connecting the corners accent the geometry. #tomokofuse #art #paperart #abstractia #geometric

Pentagon #origami box. Note the pentagon at the centre with a slightly different angle. That pentagon is not part of the model, it emerges through the paper. #paperchoise #tomokofuse #art #paperart #natureart #mathart #abstractia #geometric

Pentagon origami box made with black paper with small pink flowers and a blabk backside. 5 bands of paper cross around the centre. A thin area without flowers creates an illusion of an additional pentagon at the centre.
