The game really saw me taking Diluc into Snezhnaya and went "The road is perilous, take this."

If I were to make a batch of space orca adopts and/or customs, would anyone be interested? They would be kinda like my boy Cetus but minus the wings/throne.

Me last night when I realized I could write a version of Gold/the kreidetwins into my original book series and that they would fit perfectly for the type of characters I was already trying to come up with for the plot.

How Adelinde saw Kaeya after Crepus first brought him into the manor.

Finally. This one took too many tries ngl, but adding Lohen to the team on first half afforded just enough extra seconds to finish off the mushroom and crab in the second halves.

My next project is gonna be to sew a brushbuddy for myself using the same fabric/hidden magnets and some wiring to make it poseable. If it turns out well enough and there's interest, I may be willing to make a few custom ones on commission as well.

010

OrcinusAstra @orcinuswrites.bsky.social · 01/06/2026

A look at how the magnet works. The bottom piece is hidden while on the plush, and can be removed to be slipped underneath clothing/cosplays so it can perch securely on one's shoulder without having to put holes in the fabric from pins or anything.

OrcinusAstra @orcinuswrites.bsky.social · 01/06/2026

Attempt #2. This one's an actual plushie, complete with a custom resin safety eye and hidden magnet system so it can be worn on one's shoulder. I need to make the feather bigger for the next ones but otherwise I'm pretty happy with it. #GenshinImpact #dottore #dottoling #plushie

Was one hoyolab to check my Spiral Abyss and noticed Albedo somehow beat my c6r1 Durin for most total dmg on this Stygian enemy??? Like dude, how the heck did you do over 500k dmg in under 17s?

OrcinusAstra @orcinuswrites.bsky.social · 06/04/2026

Vs the colors he's /supposed/ to be. Both fabrics are either a little too green or a little too blue for their respective parts of the outfits. 💀

This is the closest example I can show of the actual colors between finding the color palettes online and the edited photo I took.

There's also a secret third species in the closely related Afropavo genus called the Congo peafowl.

130

OrcinusAstra @orcinuswrites.bsky.social · 11/02/2026

Fun fact for my fellow bird and/or Kaeya enthusiasts: There are actually two different species of peafowl within the Pavo genus. The traditional one we see depicted is the blue or Indian peafowl, while the other is the green peafowl.
