noticed a pattern in my Art Fight teams...warm colours. Interesting details: 1. I was random-sorted for all of these except Vampires. 2. Despite all being random sorted, they were all the team I would have chosen anyway, except Dream. 3. All of these teams lost except Steampunk.

debugging by code analysis because no one could figure what sequence of actions caused it to happen

Latest update: 5 February 2026 1.12.3 The cause of the issue with code jumping to the blurb area has been found and resolved. Thank you for your patience while I was hunting for this elusive bug!

a conventional book blurb that outlines the plot? The description on the homepage (rd.circlejourney.net)

Orobelle, Duchess of Diamonds, is the child holding the multiverse together. This cosmic duty, accorded to her by her mother, was meant to seal her claim to the throne.

Instead, it has only drawn the attention of a foe from a different world, hell-bent on capturing and using Orobelle for their own ends.

Scattered across many universes are eight people who share the burden of safeguarding the foundations of the cosmos. But none of them know this or even realise that more than one world exists: most are simply living their lives, coming to terms with their strange powers and trying to live in spite of them.

When Orobelle's life comes under threat, she goes crossing the boundaries between the universes in search of them. All at once they find themselves pulled into a dooming plot that will soon drag every world into its event horizon.

Updates on the Sydney to Hobart, my favourite race that starts on boxing day every year Rough upwind race so far. They're almost half a day behind the record. After 2 gruelling days with >30 boats retiring, the three leaders are within a nautical mile of each other.

It's all been surprisingly intuitive and I am now at the stage of exploring what I can do with the tools. The project I'm doing as my first foray into Next.js / Typescript is a wiki btw (yeah it's only chickenpet related because then I can deploy on the VPS I'm already paying for lmaooo)

SO I have been thinking about this dish that I saw on the menu of this restaurant since the last time I visited. I didn't have it the last time, but I've had it now and it was so worth the wait.

I timed my entire holiday around catching this sailing race...it's a relaxing sport to watch, but yachts dodging around container vessels (pic 1) make for a very entertaining spectacle. And I feel like you can only get that here LMAO

wowee 2 elections yesterday! Australian elections: landslide for the incumbent who happens to be the less Trumpian candidate (preferable even if other parties backslid) Singapore elections: same result as always (disappointing but unsurprising)
