I like Ed Sheeran being like "I never spoke about politics. Because my music is about unity, not division" and then the music is like "la la la la I want to touch your body wow. sexy crazy body wow"

the UK press attacked jason arday because it is deeply racist & so the idea of a black intellectual is abhorrent to them. they enjoy that they have killed him, they will be celebrating in private even as they offer tepid excuses in public. they're all nazi freaks and should be treated as such

Last minute July monthly sketch (I got carried away again lol) for @emblemknight.bsky.social! Thank you!! 😊 Sena is so cute! I think this is the first time I've drawn her. #Xenoblade3

Sena in her blue swimsuit, hand outstretched towards us in a peace sign and smiling

Thank god I'm not the only one who felt this way. Say what you will about ROTB but having Optimus be a jaded soldier who wants nothing more than to protect his people to understanding and sympathising with the plights of humans was a brilliant direction to take the character in

if a muslim immigrant wrote an article stating he wanted to rape british schoolchildren (as liddle did) the press now praising liddle would be outraged. not on behalf of any potential danger to children, though, they don't care about that. they'd be outraged at the writer not knowing his place

Not saying their a consumer friendly company or anything but it does confuse me that nobody got mad at teh existence of $70 games until nintendo started doing it 5 years after everyone else had, where was this anger for those $70 NBA sports casinos

Fun fact: the voice actor for these soldiers, Jimmy Livingstone, would go on to be the voice director for xenoblade 3. I'm not joking

Being able to play them on the go, especially on a console with really good specs like the switch 2 is a really attractive to a lot of people and is going to incentivise to play them that haven't already. Thats why I consider them strong announcements

100

I'm The Demonic Orange Fridge @orangefridge.bsky.social · 09/06/2026

I'd respectfully disagree except for the OOT thing. Rhythm Heaven, Xenoblade, Fire Emblem and Deltarune were all pretty huge announcements, and having things like Metaphor and the KH trilogy being available on switch is a really big deal. Granted those are all RPGs so they aren't for everybody

Fun fact: this dude uses chatgpt to write letters to his wife and stories for his children and has it in legal writing that he got furious at chatgpt for not being racist enough. He's a grade a loser

I'm still in shock that *Devil Doom* is now one of the greatest boss fights in the whole franchise

000

I'm The Demonic Orange Fridge @orangefridge.bsky.social · 24/02/2026

The worst part of the whole thing is that there's zero attempt to even make it look like the skeletons (and also the moose) are even talking Sucks that this is how this movie is well known cause the real version is a really cute and sweet little movie

This is why I love the Tales series, every game has at least one and their usually super memorable and don't feel unfair

000

I'm The Demonic Orange Fridge @orangefridge.bsky.social · 05/02/2026

People act like 2025 was some horrendous year for nintendo when it was a fairly standard console launch year and a fairly standard year for nintendo in general. I dont get it

020

I'm The Demonic Orange Fridge @orangefridge.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

Listen i love Groose as much as the next eighteen guys but I struggle to see him as an actual serious smash contender

000

I'm The Demonic Orange Fridge @orangefridge.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

Metroid has it a little better I feel since Raven Beak and Sylux are both distinct and well known characters with clear movesets taht wouldn't feel out of place alongside other smash fighters. I struggle to see someone like Ghirahim or Rauru in their position if that makes sense

000

I'm The Demonic Orange Fridge @orangefridge.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

The difficulty of having another zelda rep is that I feel like they've struggled to introduce a single major character over the years who is as distinct and memorable as the main trio. Impa maybe? But she has so many wildly different interpretations that its hard to calm one definitive

200

I'm The Demonic Orange Fridge @orangefridge.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

Insane that you fight him three times and it never gets stale. I have issues with the execution of his character but from a gameplay standpoint he's done basically perfect in my eyes

010

I'm The Demonic Orange Fridge @orangefridge.bsky.social · 02/02/2026

The best part of Ice Belt is that technically nothing *that* scary happens, but the entire atmosphere is just absolutely haunting. I love the complete absence of enemies when the power is off, and the audio design is just absolutely fucking insidiou

010

I'm The Demonic Orange Fridge @orangefridge.bsky.social · 01/02/2026

Honestly I still think he could have worked as a voyager. He should have been like Overlord or Skytread, a single robot made out of 2 or 3 vehicles with no robot modes. It would have probably been a little awkward like with Micronus bit it still.would have been faithful to the concept.

000

I'm The Demonic Orange Fridge @orangefridge.bsky.social · 19/01/2026

010

I'm The Demonic Orange Fridge @orangefridge.bsky.social · 31/12/2025

Yeah I was really confused as to why such a huge deal was made out of this. Like its shitty yeah but its nowhere near a new idea, even for a nintendo game. Just felt overblown to me

020
