It's of course a minefield, how do you prove you were drunk, but the best solution is simply not to have sex while intoxicated cause it may cost you deerly 100

Children are not considered to be able to give consent because of their developing minds and adult/child power structures. People with impaired cognition (alcohol, drugs, sleep etc.) cannot actually give consent even when they say yes. 040
