Should I get Megadeth’s Peace Sells, or Anthrax’s Volume 8 on vinyl? I’ve only ever heard one song from Peace Sells, and I have Volume 8 on CD, but it’s one of my favorites. Hmm…

A funny game that I like to play at work is “Someone Brings Donuts and I Pretend That I’m Not Gonna Have At Least One.”

Anyone wanna go ahead and spoil the whole Prime Awakening thing for me? I have no intention of going to the theatre to see it.

Man, do I love this album. I got it on CD, vinyl, and an autographed vinyl version. Then I found out there’s a digital expanded edition with a bonus track. I may be a sucker.

Something I’ve noticed since moving to South Carolina are the speeches the doctors give when they ask you if you want a flu shot or a vaccine. They always freak out when I just say “yes” as they’re prepping their argument. It’s hilarious to me.

Decided to sell off a large portion of my GI Joe Classified collection, including my HISS and Sepentor. I’ve spent the about 4 hours sorting parts and getting figures complete and separated. Managed to get 15 figures ready. Just like 100 left to sort.

Anyone actually finding the Transformers cards in a Target store?

000

Optimal Omega @optimalomega.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

Went to Target this morning and saw like 8 billion people standing in line. I asked an employee what was up, and he said something about Pokémon’s 30th. They had this Detective Pikachu so i snagged him for my youngest who is in the hospital. Cheered him right up.

Finally got around to watching The Mandalorian and Grogu. It wasn’t bad. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t the worst thing I’ve ever seen. It did just feel like an episode of the show, though.

You know, I’d pay damn good money for an Action Master inspired modern Grimlock. And not like a redeco of en existing mold. I mean like:

Action Master Grimlock from Marvel Comics

Weird. Toy Federation posted on their Facebook account about having Kingdam Roboguns available for sale at their horro convention next week. I asked if they had any available at the store and somehow got blocked?

But that anyone comes to me about music, but I’ve listened to the new Fear Factory 8 or 9 times today and I really dig it. The new singer is reminiscent of Burton without being a complete copycat.

I actually got to screw around on my guitar today for a whole 45 minutes. That’s longer than I’ve been able to play in like a year. I still suck, but it was fun. Hope I can do it again tomorrow.
