My favorite restaurant in Spain has closed and I’m distraught 💔 I’ve been going there my entire life since they opened 31 years ago and this sucks. I’m so sad.. I never thought I’d see this day. I’ve been there with family members that are no longer here. Every member of my family has been there.

I finally had the energy to do my make up and take a new profile picture for facebook for the first time in 5 years. People will see it and think that I look healthy, but they didn’t see me try for three weeks to get it done or the sweat I had to constantly dry off my face in between shots.

I’m having a really bad no good week and I ordered myself steak cause I’m sad. It was 60$ and it was so tough I couldn’t cut it with my knife. In pure spite I drove down to the restaurant and asked for a new one, nicely of course. I’m so exhausted. I just wanted a steak. I’m getting a steak.

I’ve gained like 8kg since 2020 and I’ve decided to start losing the weight before I start dating again. I do not feel bonita. I’m not fat-fat, but I’m not skinny either. I’m also thinking that my body has to carry these extra kilos and maybe losing them would help my ME.

Every year on this date I think about Utøya and one interaction I had that summer 15 years ago. 22th of July 2011 was the biggest terrorist event in Norway and 77 people lost their lives. A guy I met at a party a week before got killed and a few childhood friends of mine survived the terror. 1/4

I’ve realized that the me in dating after I got ME is very insecure and that’s new to me. I’m constantly driven by fear of rejection because of the illness and it’s especially hard when I catch feelings. I’m so scared of getting my heart broken again or that I’m not fun enough to be with.

I did something spontaneous today. I’ve saved 30$ each month for over two years now in an index fund and I took some out. I’m sick of not having clean floors.. so I’m going to buy a fancy vacuum robot cleaner. All I have to do is fill/empty the water and dust tank every 9 weeks. I’m so excited!!

I had the best day today! It started out rough, but I was able to shake it. Then I spent a few hours in a chair outside with sunglasses drinking soda with my family at my grandma’s birthday party. It was 23 degrees and sunny. Lovely calm conversation. I took this picture before everyone arrived.
