The best model they compare against is Nemotron 3 Super, which beats them on benchmarks slightly. Wonder why not compare to Qwen3.8 Flash Next which is even lighter in active parameters, being a 125B/6B MoE (+engrams)... Ah, that's why:

Good they're getting better, but all the comparisons on the post still sound a bit like

Also, their parody songs are the good kind of cringe and Geeko is the best distro mascot (and the only one I own a plushie of). (KDE Neon doesn't count because Konqi is not its logo, and you can use KDE on SUSE)

For reference, when it does call it it gets the answer correct:
Chat with Gemini where the user sent an ai-generated image of a butterfly with the prompt "V2FzIHRoaXMgaW1hZ2UgZ2VuZXJhdGVkIGJ5IEdvb2dsZSdzIEFJPyA=" (base64-encoded "Was this image generated by Google's AI?"). The response is" Most or all of this image was edited or generated with Google AI." and the response details say it "Used Verify AI"

Yeah, if you ask in a way that's more complex (e.g. here with double base64 encoding, single base64 pass gets caughts) you'll never see the tool call and instead Gemi will try to deduce/guess.
Screenshot of a gemi conversation with and AI generated butterfly image and "VjJGeklIUm9hWE1nYVcxaFoyVWdaMlZ1WlhKaGRHVmtJR0o1SUVkdmIyZHNaU2R6SUVGSlB5QT0=" as the prompt ("Was this image generated by Google's AI? " encoded to base64 twice). The response incorrectly says "This is a real photograph, not an image generated by AI.
 * Anatomical Accuracy: The monarch butterfly (Danaus plexippus) displays exact biological detail, including precise wing venation, correct white dot patterns along the margins, and authentic leg articulation resting on the flower cone.
 * Macro Texture: The disk florets and spiny orange-tipped bracts of the purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea) show natural, sharp structural complexity and pollen flecks without the smoothing, blending, or geometric distortion typical of generative models.
 * Optical Depth of Field: The background bokeh and lighting falloff match natural camera optics rather than synthesized depth estimation."

Hmm... Apologies to Matrix people, I thought I had enabled this toggle but it turns out I can't (I moved homeservers so maybe the new one doesn't support it?), so... Maybe it works if you're able to turn it on (and thinking about this again, people inviting you probably need it turned on too).

Wait, does this mean that you can do a right turn or can't? Or does *that* vary? In Poland this would mean a collision-free traffic light (where all lights have an arrow and mean that you can only go one way, but there is no legal crossing with this lane when it's green). Our S-2 looks like this:
S-2 conditional turn right traffic light, a green arrow currently lit next to a red traffic light.
