I obviously agree that consenting with two other guys doesn’t mean consenting with all of the guys, completely agree with you there. I just see evidence that the others involved also received consent. At one point, she said no to a bigger group and it didn’t happen.

I never said incapacitated, I said intoxicated. At one point someone goes in to check on her and she tells him, “we are all consenting adults here.” The text is gross, I want to hold men to higher standards, liberals don’t. I don’t believe consent alone is satisfactory, liberals do.

Honestly I’m trying to be fair. I’ve followed a lot of the evidence and I’m not totally sure if you have. There even was a point where a guy walked in to check on her and she reiterated “we are all consenting adults here.” The evidence does not show non-consenting activity at any point.

Her original statement claims she gave consent to it all. The crux of this matter wasn’t that she withdrew consent and they failed to listen it was that she was incapable of consent. But if she was incapable they all were.

When you read her initial statement she outright says she consented. And you can’t put them together as a unit, they are individuals. I do want to hold men to a different standard, you do not. With a totally equal standard the worst thing that happened was illegal drug use and underage drinking.

The Cornell Seven and the girl involved did a lot wrong. I can say that because I’m conservative, but they did nothing illegal except for drug use and perhaps underage drinking, of which they ALL did. You want to hold men and women to different standards? Welcome to conservative thinking.
