Pretty sad that the supposed leader of this country has trouble reading a speech someone else wrote for him! He has no idea what he’s saying in his rant! He’s just reading! Where are the Presidents who are great orators?! SCOTUS voted & that should be it! He’s the only one hurting us! OMG!
