In what world does my apt flood twice in a month and if I want to switch apartments, I have to sign a brand new lease and make a new security deposit? They're currently demolishing the kitchen, both bathrooms, and parts of the bedrooms. It's not habitable and I am CERTAINLY not quietly enjoying it
