Stop. I live in Massachusetts. I'm 60. There are generations of Puerto Rican welfare recipients. There's a direct pipeline to MA's welfare program. GENERATIONS. I saw the flyers as a 10yr old that were in Puerto Rico saying to come to MA for the welfare. Now western MA is like New Puerto R.
