ooooonomi @ooooonomi.bsky.social · 08/01/2026试着放下画笔去体验现实生活中的连接也很重要。我前段时间画画有点瓶颈，怎么画都感觉很不对，就算去画速写画照片也找不到手感。我朋友跟我说也许我该放下画笔，出去跟人聊聊天什么的。她说的没错……我把自己逼得太紧了，总是要求自己一定要画出点什么，结果反而什么都画不出来，由此陷入了一个死循环。虽然现在还在瓶颈，但起码也知道了自己的练习方向，想要画什么，总比之前抓瞎要好得多。所以还是得要好好休息才是啊…… 030
