Didn't this dipshit commit the biggest medicare fraud of all time? No wonder he wants the private sector to get its paws in there.

Remember. AI isn't "super smart". It only knows as much as we do. AI hasn't made any breakthrough that wasn't promoted or already being pursued by an actual human. What it does do very well, is pattern recognition and low level tasks (I.e. computer scripts and making appointments).

Spoiler: They cannot and will not. Every tech company has shown that give the choice between being selfish and providing oversight, or ignore safety for the sake of profit, they always pick profit. They will ask for regulation because then they can shrug and say "we tried" when it fails to come

When I worked for a major insurance company, they had two data centers run everything, and backup all their data. It was staffed by ~20 people total who were all of average income earners. Data centers aren't these mega job creators.

Technologically illiterate people talking about shit they don't know. The explosion of datacenters (and the massive spike in computing hardware prices) isn't from data streaming, it's from inefficient AI data modeling and training and crypto mining bullshit.

I love that they are basically saying "if you were dumb enough to vote for us, you're gonna be dumb enough to think paying more is suddenly a good thing"
