Namjoon nods slowly, trying to not look as panicked as he feels when he digs his phone out of his pocket to check the invitation she sent. It's not an invitation to join her and some other book club members for a casual drink, or whatever it is that he thought it was.

No. It's a digital invitation card to a garden party at her house. Barbecue, drinks, a chance to relax before the fall rolls in and people's lives get busier again.

Which to be honest doesn't sound all that bad, except... Except, Namjoon is fairly sure Taehyung is going to be there.

He gets a smile that looks like one given to placate a whiny toddler. "You're, what, like twenty? Move along."

The guy's expression is teasing. "And when I was your age CDs were still widely used as a means to listen to music."

"That's fascinating. Tell me more." Jungkook sits down across the table with a wide smile.
