Foxy, I have deeply conflicted feelings as well. Most folks here don't remember the Bicentennial celebration in 1976. The feeling was joyous. My twins were a year old, had a great job with Ford. The Arab Oil Crisis was behind us. 🤔... I'm a bit more optimistic about our democracy, though.
