It has many variations in what areas can be alpha blended and which parts can be color cycled, but it requires packaging lots of different mdl files for each combination, which is the reason I have not released this yet. Also frustratingly, there isn't a simple workshop in steam for Half-Life. #hldm

I had a silly idea for a telegram sticker, and leaned into it. #furry #painting

My dragon character, dressed like Leslie Nielson from the movie Airplane!, Saying "Good luck, we're all counting on you."

The style started as a line drawing but slowly progressed into a semi-realistic painting until it finally found its new existence as an uncanny valley portrait.

This time, the tie is the least ridiculous thing about the situation.

A nice man is confused as he slowly becomes a rather rotund furred dragon. Dark Prussian blue and white with greenish shadows. Pink paws.

The same character, in various stages of transformation, one is on all fours, view from behind. And the other is in a gray business suit with red important looking socks.

A cobalt blue tail has burst through and is touching the floor. View from behind from shoulder down. He is probably on an elevator and might be unaware of the tail.

Now he is running, and is at various stages of transformation. The last one still has a pink human hand visible. Inconsistent anatomy enhances the fun.

Cobalt blue with purple shadows on the white fur. I've settled on this palette generally for this character

A man transforming into a noodle dragon, the limbs are somewhat smaller than the pant legs and sleeves. Appears somewhat euphoric.

Then off in the distance is a smiling floaty noodle dragon with a pile of clothes on the floor
