We are saddened by the loss of Michael Tilson Thomas, the SF Symphony’s Music Director Laureate. From his debut in 1974 to a 25-year tenure as Music Director, MTT helped shape the Symphony into a global force. Plans for a concert celebrating his life and legacy will be shared at a later date.
