Outside of the hospital where Oscar was recovering after being shot by an ICE last week. The police were busy protecting the ICE from the crowd who were protesting their violent behavior towards the general public. I'II never understand how people who look like me, can stand in support of ICE.

I admit I was wrong here. ICE allows chains on kids as young as 12 👀 "If it is necessary to restrain a minor, always consider size, age, gender, and cognitive ability when considering the type of approved restraints to apply. Minors under 12 years of age will never be placed in full restraints."

Once again: The ICE Air Operations Handbook allows children as young as 13 to be shackled on ICE flights. All adults are shackled except pregnant and postpartum women (up to two weeks) and, on removal flights only, single parents with young children. That’s according to their own policy.
