Masu old tree cinnamon via @onerivertea.bsky.social If you want a tea that shows you exactly what old tree character in hongcha is like, this is it. The mouth and body feel are stellar and highly characteristic. Cinnamon, anise, nutmeg. Dates, apricot. Old wood and cedar.

A shiboridashi filled to the brim with reddish brown leaves. The leaves are mostly flat, a little twisted, and moderately long.
