A drawing I did of Joe Shimamura from Cyborg 009. It was fun to work on this atleast, happy enough with it to post, I used to watch it a lot on Toonami back in the 2000s. #fanart

I struggled a lot this year with speed and decided to draw something without using my usual vector tools, I was happy with the results. Its a flower alien space lady. #originalart

I was shopping for old comics at an antique place and found an issue of Deluxe Comics Thunder Agents, I bought it for 10 bucks. It must have been sitting for years, or maybe no one ever actually opened it up, upon opening it I found not just one, BUT TWO AUTOGRAPHS! Dave Cockrum AND Keith Giffen!

Elena being a nervous nellie from tonight's comic stream, I couldn't do Sidney tonight because I have work in the morning.

Been streaming progress on 3 Psychics current comic page, got 3 panels done tonight, so I will be continuing the pace since my art speed has been returning at least to me, kinda was pretty bad for a bit.

Here's an Absolute Batman I drew traditionally in 2024 and used real halftone for, I uploaded this before a while ago but how about a darker scan of it this time haha.

Hey fellas, here's my first illustration for the year, I was just told to do a bird related thing for gift art and I defaulted to a harpy lady warrior lol. Was sick for a bit but was able to finish this last night. Haven't did an illustration like this in a bit. #originalart

@monkeywrenchent.bsky.social Can you guys not put AI stuff in your books going forward, I waited a long time for BREED from Starlin, but seeing the opening AI generated image of buildings is pretty awful and just distasteful for a book that I waited so long for, especially when I am buying for ART!

My new art station for work going forward, it's a mechanical raising desk(you can see the buttons under my pen holder), probably the best desk I Have ever owned. It will fit my print workstation, ergonomic arm for the drawing monitor and I left room for an art easel I will be looking into.

Wasn't happy with most placeholder flashlight models online so I decided to push myself to 3D model in blender and texture a flashlight model in Clip Studio Paint for my game project. Overall happy with it, gets the job done. #gamedev #indiegamedev #indiegames #originalart

Got over a roadblock with Project Fog and got help to figure out the game engines animation system, a noise filter has been implemented. Also upgraded fog so objects in certain distances are insinuated with the ability to poke out in the distance. #gamedev #indiegamedev #indiegames

Lot of delays for inking the final panel of this page for 3 Psychics page 4, most of it was done for 2 weeks! I still have to figure out the digital distro, rough plan is 4 weeks of buffer with the first 4 pages. #originalart #illustration #clipstudiopaint #csp #digitalart #yacomics #yagraphicnovel

My bad for this recent page taking longer than the day it needs, things have just been chaotic. Just refining final panel of page 4 (this was supposed to only take a day not a week 🫠).

Okay I finished editing some custom templates coding, and added custom logos and background images etc there is some rough stuff I wanna edit but I have a site up and working for online comics posting again on comicfury(Not publically available yet, I need to figure out release stuff for myself).

I'm NEARLY not sick anymore, which is good since I could draw today, but I go back to work tomorrow which is a negative. I was able to finish panel 3 of my current page. Will try to work on them after work the next few days.

WIP of a comic page this week, I won't lie the news this month is kinda crushing to read, I'm trying to keep my mind off things but its hard, but comics and art are what make me motivated.

Writing and drawing comics while thinking of pacing can be hard, so I made a tool for myself for tracking stuff. The green cubes are pages, while the colors under it define how long a scene should go for, and what is written(white cubes mean nothing is done there).

onecreatordan(Open for art jobs) @onecreatordan.bsky.social · 02/01/2025

I wanted to try this now with my audience being larger. Sorry for the delay, I realize this is after holidays so instead of 100 dollars I'll drop standard black and white to 80 bucks, with my discount policy still in place for 15 bucks off for fav characters. Add-Ons will still have the same price!!

Fun fact, same guy who commissioned me came back to commission me for a spider-gwen drawing for his wife as a gift a few years back, I asked permission if I recall to draw the sentinel (I like big robot, sue me). #spidergwen #gwenstacy #spiderverse #marvel #spiderman #xmen #fanart #commission

One of my favorite illustrations, it was a portrait I did a lot of experimentation with on top of testing new digital inking tools and I even photo manipulated my hand for fun. It's one of my personal favorite drawings I did for myself. #originalart #illustration #clipstudiopaint #csp #digital

A girl with a strange hat with eyes with cross protrusions and big poofy hair, she has one eye close while blushing and a big band aid on her head along with a weird smile and photo manipulated hand.
