i’m a history nerd tooooo 😭 i studied the east india company / dutch VOC for months when it came to compiling my family history. nowhere in the usa do they teach about the slave trade outside of the american version. it was so much to take in, but you learn so much the more you dig!! tysm 🫶🏼
