Felicia is such a fun character when she's allowed to exist without Spider-Man I love a good heist, and she always pulls something impressive out when she doesn't have Puny Parker holding her back

GULANO'S 2024 MOVIE RANKING! This is the ranking of every movie I've watched in 2024 My opinions are correct, but you're allowed to yell at me because I enjoy to watch you struggle against fact

000

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 01/01/2025

Crazy how different Lex is in this movie from what I know him as, but his goofy ass entertains me Also, Lois is so down bad and rizzless that she reminded me of Asa Mitaka Great movie (2/2)

030

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 01/01/2025

Superman (1977) (Special Edition) 9/10 Hey, it's Superman! I don't even have much to say, this is just iconic as fuck The first minute of this movie is more respectful towards the medium of comic books than the entire MCU and I love it (1/2)

120

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 31/12/2024

Now watching Superman (1978) (Special Edition) 2025 is looking to be the year of Superman, so it only makes sense to end the year off with the original Superman movie that I never watched Also this is the last movie I need to meet my self-imposed year quota

Recaping Chainsaw Man is impossible You just gotta read to understand

000

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 31/12/2024

I had a goal this year to watch one movie per week There are 52 weeks in 2024 and I have seen 51 movies after failing spetacularly and binging a lot I have work tomorrow, so I'll have only a small window of time to finish my task before New Year I gotta lock the fuck in.

000

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 31/12/2024

I am still kinda shocked that this movie didn't feature even a hint at cannibalism Really breaking new boundaries on food horror I thought this was a man-eating cult during the first 5-10 minutes (3/3)

000

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 31/12/2024

Food is meant to be enjoyed, and every rich person deserves death Margot is so based for wiping her mouth with that guest list The Chef is a very interesting character I like how we are told about his mentality in a very subtle way through his menu He did a good job with it (2/3)

100

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 31/12/2024

The Menu 8/10 This movie has the exact same opinion on fancy food as I do God, that burger looked good It was the only good-looking food in the whole movie, and you can tell it was on purpose because this movie only has two very clear and simple messages (1/3)

100

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 30/12/2024

Now watching The Menu I've never seen a movie with Anya Taylor-Joy She's pretty, so I should fix that

140

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 30/12/2024

Thank you so much, I added a lot of that to the list!

110

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 30/12/2024

I don't care about White Iron Fist or Asian Iron Fist or even fucking Future Luke Cage Iron Fist Everyone please shut up about that dumbass The only cool thing about Iron Fist is Bride of Nine Spiders because her name is funny

010

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 30/12/2024

Also does anyone have any recommendations on what to see in New York? Is there anything cool around there?

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 30/12/2024

This is my ranking of every Alien movie! I'll watch and add the Predator and versus slop in 2025

030

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 30/12/2024

Honestly, I wish I could live in a world where this movie was made as its own brand new addition to the franchise (6/6)

000

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 30/12/2024

And even without that, the movie is crawling with stupid references to old lines, outdated looking sci-fi tec for the sake of reminding you of the original movies, the original alien from Alien (lowering Ripley's kill count is so rude and unnecessary) (5/6)

100

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 30/12/2024

But all of those great things can't save this movie from terrible and disrespectful decisions Using cgi to "ressurect" a dead actor is one of the most disgusting things that this industry has ever decided to do (4/6)

110

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 30/12/2024

The Offspring is a love letter to the best part of Alien: Resurrection and holy shit is it creepy I love the way it sucked the blood out of Kay in the same way Romulus sucked milk in that one painting earlier in the movie That thing looks so evil and cruel (3/6)

110

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 30/12/2024

The Face Huggers crawl everywhere and jump at the characters out of nowhere The Xenomorphs show their intelligence when hunting Even the horror of the acidic blood got used perfectly (the zero g scene was so clever) They even used the Prometheus goo to create a new freak (2/6)

100

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 30/12/2024

Alien: Romulus 8/10 A breath of fresh air being held back by dumb nostalgia fan service I might miss David, but this movie is way more of an Alien movie than anything Ridley Scott made in the previous 2 movies Every aspect of the Xenomorph was used perfectly for horror (1/6)

110

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 30/12/2024

Now watching Alien: Romulus I just found out this movie has nothing to do with the David prequels, but I'll still watch it with an open mind I mean, I also heard a while back that this movie explores some themes from Ressurection, so I'm excited

130

🇵🇸Gulano🇧🇷 of the Gwenpool Agenda @omnigulano.bsky.social · 30/12/2024

One critique I have, though, is that the Xenomorph wasn't in enough of the movie I expected more of it considering the return to the name Alien I think it's okay because we're being told its origin, but I hope there's more in the next movie (5/5)
