Despite Jimmy Carter only serving one term as president in the 70's, a lot of what he helped create is still being felt today including the Departments of Education and Energy. He also appointed Ruth Bader Ginsburg to the federal bench. Much of his legacy also came after his time in office.

This bus terminal is the last place law enforcement saw the shooter entering on camera, then they never saw this person exit. Meanwhile buses are continually going in and out. Police tracked this suspect on video first on a bike fleeing the scene, then on foot, then a taxi miles north to here.
