#WoTSkies Any of you watched A Discovery of witches? Any good? Just started the first episode to scratch that itch for a fantasy show after WoT ended and all reactions are watched. Starts with "but, as my father used to say, in every ending, there is a new beginning". Ok tell me more 🤣🤣

#WoTSkies #WoTBookSpoilers So should we assume that during Siuan's vote to Amyrlin Seat, Alviarin pushed all black ajah's sitters to vote for her? So hmmm Kerene black ajah? I can't see that. Or was it just because white ajahs means logical choice so some who were on the fence decided to follow?

#WoTSkies #WoTShowSpoilers So, 2 things that need answers. 1) Elaida had the bracelet during Morgase coronation 20 years ago. So it was not a gift from the Aelfinn. Maybe from the Eelfinn and she went through the Tanchico door before. Gives her the foretelling talent at a cost? S3E2 4min timestamp

#WoTBookSpoilers #WoTShowSpoilers #WoTSkies Tanchico was a L for the light but I think I know why. The main plot of the male A'dam is Rand being collared by it and becoming Cuendillar. Now, they did 2 things: - streamlined the plot (no Egeanin/Seanchan ⛵) - Loss means revenge. Better narratively.

Olvarel @olvarel.bsky.social · 18/04/2025

#WoTShowSpoilers So, I haven't seen any talk about that. Mat and Min? I love platonic relationships cause they tend to carry less BS drama, but should we be asking questions? During the last scene on the boat, she casually holds his arms 🤔 I don't mind either way, just wondering what people think.

#WoTSkies Good news everybody. Now that the last episode has dropped, we will see a surge in viewings from people who can't bear waiting between episodes. I know a few. Binge watchers incoming for the win. WoT went number 1 in France after being third for some time. Renew for season 4 !

#WoTSkies #WoTShowSpoilers S3E8 Fun fact. This sitter has seen it all and throughout all of the tower shenanigans from 10 years ago up to the coup itself, she stayed seated every time just watching and having the best time. The GOAT 😂

Still of the left yellow sitter from the wheel of time nicknamed polka sitter by some, having the best time of her life.

0150

#WoTSkies #WoTShowSpoilers S3E8 . . . . . Quick one about Siuan. Part of her arc in the book is "keep on fighting while being powerless" In the show we had 1) Moiraine's arc in S2 is the same. Redundant. 2) She had this arc for a beautiful speech. Short but poignant. "I defy you Elaida" 💪

#WoTSkies Now, you listen to that man! Please 🙂‍↕️

#WoTSkies #WoTShowSpoilers So are we getting 2 seasons of Faile looking for a way to save Perrin ? That would be hilarious 😂😂😂

#WoTSkies What an episode. 10/10 no notes. Renew for all seasons.

#TheWheelOfTime #WoTSkies #WoTShowSpoilers How I feel before the finale 😅. Curious to see what they have in store 🤔

Meme in three part from a scene in episode 6 of season 3 of the wheel of time.

First part is Valda smiling to Dain Bornhald, with a text saying "So, that was the controversial death of the season, right?"

Second part is focused on Dain looking disapproving. No text

Third part is focused on Valda being visibly distraught and asking "right?"

#WoTSkies Very good podcast, and you can watch on YouTube and laugh with Anthony not so good poker face trying to avoid answering difficult questions. Probably best if you are a book reader or are up to date with the show current episode 😅

#TheWheelOfTime #WoTBookSpoilers Theory time. Instead of Salidar, the rebels will go to the two rivers and set up the garrison there. This could make for a good réunion of Nynaeve and Egwene and be emotionally interesting. Since we have Alanna and the Cauthon girls there starting a sort of kin.

#WoTBookSpoilers #TheWheelOfTime #WoTShowSpoilers Hot take. Valda had a Ter'angreal slightly similar than the fox medallion. Sense channeling, protect from direct attack. Sense Egwene in s1e5 and fireball 👎 Sense Alanna in s3e5. Sense the Cauthon girls. Fire spread from the grass, not direct. 🤷

#TheWheelOfTime #WoTShowSpoilers S3e7 My homage to our hero of this age. A bookworm who decided to fight for what he believed in. May you wake in a better world. (Drawing from Corey Johnson on Pinterest)

A drawing showing Loial Treesinging a staff ready to fight. A text on top saying "You Shall Not Pass". Rip my friend. May you wake in a better world.

#TheWheelOfTime #WoTShowSpoilers S3e7 When Loial starts singing, I thought he was going to make a tree grows to block the path... So naive of me 🥹

#TheWheelOfTime #WoTShowSpoilers S3e7 Some highlights for me - Cauthon's fun - Callback to Manetheren song - Ice Storm 👍 - Daise Congar MVP - Aiel/Ogier Daes Dae'mar and fights - Big arrows to Alanna and Daise (IYKYK) after Perrin sniffing - The "walk behind me" scene. Badass and funny

#TheWheelOfTime #WoTShowSpoilers S3e7 I guess we now know what was that controversial death. RIP Daise Congar 😬 Seriously, my brain understands why they did that but my guts want to puke. First impression, that was the weakest this season by far, even if there were highlights. Annoyed 🫤

#TheWheelOfTime #WoTShowSpoilers S3e6 This Moggy, Elayne and Nynaeve scene was the creepiest shit I've ever witnessed, I felt so uncomfy the whole time, it was sickening. Kudos to all three actress for this performance. 👏

#WoTShowSpoilers #WoTBookSpoilers #TheWheelOfTime S3e6 This episode was so packed that I haven't seen any mention of Aviendha channeling and injuring a forsaken. Also those Aiels with Sammy. Shaido? or filed teeth? What about that woman next to Fain, simple DF or more? Faile's mum? Forsaken?

#TheWheelOfTime #WoTShowSpoilers Look at this nice chain between two towers before entering South harbour. Would be a shame if something happened to it. What an amazing detail 🤯

Still from Wheel of Time season 3 episode 5, timestamp 19 min, showing Tar Valon and South Harbour. On the river we can see 2 towers linked with a chain going into the water. It probably serves to block the entrance to boats in war time by pulling the chain above water. Amazing detail.
