Canal is blocked, but Iberville & Bienville aren’t blocked from turning onto Bourbon. There’s also nothing blocking Esplanade if someone was traveling the wrong way. The press conferences are over - are we doing *anything* to prevent this from happening again? #bourbonstreet #nola #neworleans
