iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

There's probably a really good reason but sometime it'll just lock up like this, I had it only happen once before. But I don't wanna restart cause guess who didn't even save!!!

Oooo that's good to hear, I'd gone off what I'd seen people using and admittedly only a quick look at the beyond docs. I'm hoping both headsets can become great options for it with the right software

Oliviliv @oliviliv.uk · 27/08/2026

A heads up since this seems to be something a lot of people don't realise, eye tracking on headsets like the frame and beyond 2e is just gaze tracking (i.e only eyeball movement.) It isn't things like blinking or squinting, you'd need something external for the rest.

010

Oliviliv @oliviliv.uk · 17/08/2026

Yeah the questpro has an issue that causes the face tracking to die often; it's been a while but I think it will feel weird for like, 5 minutes max 🫣

110

Oliviliv @oliviliv.uk · 16/08/2026

i never posted rly about the fact I manage to break my qpro face tracking, and haven't been on vr in months since. Which has been great honestly, but now I've ordered a new headset I can't help but feel excited to jump into vr again for a bit 🥺
