It was. Wouldn't want a lot though

It was a dulche de leche stout. 😊

Beginning to push a little bit of distance now. Still walking wonky, but it's good to get out into the autumn sunshine.

It'll be very slow, and with no definites at all. Just putting in the work and hoping for the best. Whatever happens in terms of recovery, I've got a totally different life and some good people around me now, so it'll be OK.

Tally is brilliant. All of her stuff is so good, and has such a good community around her. Great day here. Sunshine, and I'm beginning to be able to get out and walk a little bit. It's hard work, but worth it. How are things with you?

Walked back from physio, as it's downhill. Completely wiped me out, but good for me too.

Some inspirational runners today. Often the ones well down on time or hidden by the sheer numbers. Everyone has a story.

Brilliant reminder of resilience and authenticity in action in Sheffield today.

Incomplete means I've got a spinal injury, but still have some nerve function to my legs, whereas complete means total nerve severance and no leg function at all.

Oliver @oliverslt.bsky.social · 14/09/2026

Were canoeing and rafting on the lake mid week. I'm the only 'incomplete' in the group, so should be interesting

Not sure this little chap can read. Certainly hasn't stopped him digging for bulbs.
